Altar Servers
Open to all boys and girls from grade 4 and up and

Eucharistic Adoration
Wednesdays from October to June from 4pm to 7pm. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by volunteers who sign up for one hour or more to pray before the Lord Jesus present in the Monstrance.

Baptism Preparation
All first time parents and parents who have another child over the age of 3 must attend Pre-Jordan class. Godparents are highly encouraged to attend as well. Meets on the 2nd Monday of the Month from September to June at 7 pm in teh Chapel classroom in the rear of the rear of the Chapel

Eucharistic Minister
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound.

Finance Council
Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish and school. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses, and approving the annual budgets.

Activities Committee
Volunteers who coordinate social activities and gatherings of parishioners during the year.

Offertory Counters
A group that counts the funds collected at Mass each week. Each group volunteers about once a month. If you would like to volunteer "CLICK HERE"

Parish Pastoral Council
The PPC is involved in most activities and programs effecting the liturgical and spiritual life of St. John Cantius Parish.

Greeters
Parish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church for Mass.

Lector
Reader who proclaim the Scriptures at Mass and other services.

Senior Altar Server
Men and women who assist at Sunday Mass or Funeral Masses to enhance the worship of our faith community.

RCIA
Rite of Christian Initiation – preparation of adult candidates for Catholic sacraments.

Usher
Volunteers who assist people to their seat if necessary. They also take up the collection.

Social group for those over a certain age.

All Saints Senior Group
Social group for those over a certain age,

Aid for Friends
Take a tray and fill it with some home cooked food to share with those in need. Drop your frozen trays off at the Rectory or in the Chapel freezer

St. Vincent dePaul Sociaety
Parishionerrs helping other parishioners with food, rent, clothing and other necessities.

Gardening Angels
A dedicated group of Men and women who help keep the grounds of St. John Cantius Parish looking beautiful

Boy Scouts
Meet Tuesdays in the Scout Room off teh Hall at 7 PM

Narcotics Anonymous
Meets every Tuesday night in the Convent Meeting room, 7 pm.
